FAKKU institutes a 60 day return policy for physical orders. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your physical purchase, you have within 60 days of the invoice date to contact us and we will issue a full refund. We encourage all customers to retain their receipts and order confirmation emails as they are our primary means of identification to pair a user with a specific order.
Upon request, FAKKU will offer a replacement for any damaged product. If a replacement is not desired, a refund will be offered instead (dependent on type of purchase made). Proof of the damaged product must be provided with your request.
In regards to free digital titles with physical book purchases: ownership of a free digital title is dependent on persisted ownership of the same physical title purchased. Refunding or voiding a physical book purchase will revoke the digital titles given through FAKKU store purchases.
Upon request, FAKKU will issue a refund for any digital order purchased as long as the request is received within 14 days of purchase.
Requests for cancellations of in-stock items must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Requests for cancellations of pre-order items will only be accepted up until 2 weeks before the item's scheduled release date.
All pre-orders are paid in advance and are shipped on the specified release date. A pre-order cannot be fulfilled in-person at an event, you must wait until your order ships.
Refunds of convention purchases can only be made at the convention they were purchased from, while the convention is still ongoing. Refunds of merchandise purchased at a convention, after a convention has ended, will not be honored.
By creating an account at FAKKU, the user understands that all personal information is kept private and will not be sold, distributed, or shared. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. FAKKU takes precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via the web-site, your information is protected both online and offline.
All FAKKU transactions will be billed as either “FAKKU”, “FAKKU, LLC”, or “FAKKU Store”. When making a product purchase on FAKKU your credit card will be charged immediately. When making a purchase that results in a subscription your credit card will be charged immediately and then periodically at the recurring increments you selected.

All goods that are in-stock will be shipped within one to five business days when possible.
On average, domestic orders arrive between three to five business days after the item has been shipped. This may take longer under certain circumstances which include, but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, holiday postal delays, item back-orders, and/or unforeseeable postage issues i.e. incorrect address given.
Items that are available for pre-order on the FAKKU store will be sent out to the recipient upon arrival of the goods from the manufacturer. Specific times for the orders to reach the intended recipients vary based on locations, more information available in the Shipping Policy and International Orders section. It should also be noted that if additional items are purchased with a pre-ordered item, and those items are in stock, they will not be sent out until all items of the order are on hand. Physical merchandise pre-orders will also be set to 'Processing' on your order status page until the time of release, (digital pre-orders may also be set to 'Processing', but may vary depending on release dates) meaning that your order is still valid, and just on hold until the merchandise arrives for shipping. Scheduled release dates are subject to change without prior notice.
The packaging used for transport of items purchased from the FAKKU store are as follows: plain brown or white cardboard boxes, book folds, rigid mailers, manila bubble-coated mailers, brown poster tubes, gray/white colored plastic pouch envelopes. The only wording of FAKKU is on the shipping label, under the return address section. There is no additional mention of FAKKU on any of the items used to house the merchandise within, nor stickers or adhesives placed on the outside.
After an order for merchandise is placed through the FAKKU store, an email will be sent to you detailing the item bought, amount spent, and the status of the item at that moment. Below will be outlined possible statuses and their meaning.
Pending : The order has been received by FAKKU, but the payment has not yet been processed. This may take anywhere between a few days to a week or more to go through, though longer than a week is uncommon.
Authorized : The order has been received by FAKKU and the payment has been authorized to be received on a later date or in a few days.
Paid : The order has been received by FAKKU, and payment has been received.
Refunded : The order has been refunded, at request of the customer, and funds should be back in their financial institution within a few days. No further emails or confirmations will be sent out regarding the item purchased.
Fulfilled : The order has been received by FAKKU, paid for, and sent out to the customer. This is the final step and a confirmation email with tracking information is sent out to the customer in order for them to better keep an eye on their package.
Partially Fulfilled : The order has been received by FAKKU, paid for, and pieces of the order have been sent to the customer. This is typical for a situation where an order contains both digital and physical goods.

International orders take longer than domestic orders. The United States Postal Service (USPS) sends all packages to a specialized international sorting facility before they leave the country. After leaving the United States, packages are transferred to the country's domestic postal service rendering it subject to any import screening laws and/or taxes. This process, on average, takes up to nine business days but can take as few as three business days. Please note that this is just an average, and depending on import regulations of each country this process can take longer.
It should also be noted that the shipping paid to FAKKU for sending merchandise to customers does not include international import fees/taxes accrued while going through customs of the recipients country. It is also the buyer's responsibility to know the laws and legalities of the country they are shipping adult themed merchandise to. FAKKU takes no responsibility for merchandise seized by authorities upon entry into a country, nor legal issues pertaining to the import of such goods. It is up to the buyer to make sure that their country has not banned what they are ordering, before the purchase from our store is completed.
* A business day is defined by a day in which the postal service in possession of the package is operating shipping duties. This may or may not include certain national holidays, weekends, or other conditions which could interfere with business.
The following list of countries are unfortunately banned from purchasing due to legal or licensing restrictions. We apologize deeply for this inconvenience, however any purchase from these countries will be immediately cancelled and refunded.
FAKKU books are also made available for purchase via the US Amazon website here. The physical versions of all available titles are on sale there, with more being added when necessary. All orders are fulfilled by Amazon instead of ourselves so please contact Amazon Customer Service if you have issues with the book or shipping.
It should be noted, however, that purchases of FAKKU books from Amazon or any other distributor does not warrant the addition of the digital version of that title for free. The free digital version of a title from a physical book purchase is an exclusive deal through the FAKKU store site only (books would also still be $19.95 if they did not include the digital version). Emailing the FAKKU store with an inquiry on adding the digital version to your account will not be accepted.
